Hi everyone! Late Monday night we touched down at Rochester International Airport. My wonderful cousin Abby greeted us warmly and waited with us while we waited for 5 of our bags that did not come until yesterday in a taxi. When we stepped outside the airport, it was like 16 degrees and coming from Monteria; this was even more of a shock. We stopped at Walmart and my dad got his beloved Mountain Dew and some other groceries. Adding to that, there was a pop only in Colombia that Carlos recommended called “Kola Roman” that my mom and dad enjoy very much. So this was my joke; “Dad, you and Carlos should start an importing company. Carlos can start importing Kola Roman into the U.S.A. and you can start importing Mountain Dew into Colombia!” So, we are home without half of our family. But we are home and we pray for Yerlys, Juan, and Jose each day and I hope you do too. There is snow on the ground here and it is very cold for November but we are home. We believe we will be able to skype, write letters to, and send things to the children. Now what should I call that importing company?………
